As at January 2008 there are now 12 villa designs to choose from (each aptly named after one of Portugal’s famous wine-growing regions) and these designs can be adapted to suit individual preferences. 10 of the designs are shown here and work is underway to put the "Cartuxa" and "Douro" designs on the website shortly.  

Our design and construction team is always ready to design a tailor-made home for clients provided it conforms to building regulations and is in harmony with the rest of the Reserva da Luz development.

The villas are elegant and classical in style and the accent is on luxury and space and quality of construction with very high specifications and finishes. These include double glazing, pvc windows, ultra modern kitchen appliances, air conditioning, electric roller shutters, security and alarm systems, automatic entrance gates.  

The size of the construction area, excluding the outside terrace, varies from 200 square metres to as large as 460 square metres. 

The Reserva da Luz development was launched in 2002 and by December 2007, thirty-eight owners had moved into their new homes.

The masterplan for 83 luxury villas is being carried out in four phases and each new bespoke villa is completed within a year.
