Flexibility and choice.

 

The comercial 'sale to build' programme at Reserva da Luz is as follows.

Once the plot and build details have been decided upon contracts are signed, the land purchase is completed and the detailed planning project is lodged with the government department.  Detailed design to planning approval can typically take 1-2 months and then construction starts.

Many choices are available for the finishing materials, M/E componentes, pool and leisure area etc.

Owners are invited to participate and be involved if that suits them but if they are busy elsewhere we will take care of the complete build until we hand over the keys. Typical build time is one year.

Our program at Reserva da Luz is to aim at building out the complete resort by 2025. We prefer a controlled build program and by preference will only have between 3 – 5 Villa’s under construction at any one time. This minimises any disruption to our existing owners and ensures that we can spend the correct amount of supervision on each property thereby maintaining our exacting build standards.

Payments are staged at relevant points during the build with the final one triggered by handover and Escritura (deed of Exchange)
